Grindstone Ministries was born from a simple yet unshakable
conviction-when disaster strikes, we show up. We do not wait for someone
else to step in. We do not turn away when things get hard. We go where the
need is greatest, bringing skilled hands, steadfast resolve, and an
unshakable faith in Messiah to those who have lost everything.
What started with the conviction of our founder TJ Morris aka Bear to serve
others, grew to a small team of volunteers clearing debris in the wake of
disaster to today we have grown into a nationwide force of hope, strength,
and renewal—an unshakable shield for communities in crisis. From tornadoes
to floods, hurricanes to wildfires, we stand in the wreckage with the
brokenhearted, providing relief, and restoring lives, serving the Father where
we are called.

 

Our Mission
At Grindstone Ministries, we exist to be an unbreakable shield of strength
and renewal, standing up in the hardest moments of life with unwavering
faith in Messiah, skilled hands, and steadfast resolve. Clearing the wreckage,
restoring lives, and fortifying communities to stand stronger together. All in
service to the Father for his glory.

 

Where We Started, Where We Are Now
Grindstone Ministries began as a handful of willing hands and open hearts.
Our first deployments were small, with tools, a truck, and a drive to help
those in crisis. We showed up because it was the right thing to do.
As disasters continued to devastate communities, we grew. We built debris
removal teams, expanded our disaster response capabilities, and refined our
training programs to better equip volunteers for real-world disaster relief.
Now, Grindstone Ministries is a leading force in faith-driven disaster
response. We operate nationwide, deploying rapidly after tornadoes,
hurricanes, floods, and wildfires. Our teams do not just clear debris—they
bring order to chaos, hope to despair, and strength to those too weary to
stand alone.
